GENERAL QUESTIONS


I am registering for the first time on this kind of portal. How does it work exactly?

After registering, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link to activate your account. Then you can log in at our platform at any time. There you will find an overview of the activities you are invited to and which can take part in. You can also view the number of reward points you have earned and you can convert them to Gift Cards. We will also invite you to participate in the surveys via e-mail to ensure that you are always informed.

Does the Zalando Voices membership cost anything?

No, membership is of course free of charge. And as a little thank you, you can also receive reward points for each activity you partake in, which you can later convert into shopping credits (Gift Cards).

QUESTIONS ABOUT SURVEYS AND ACTIVITIES


How often will I be invited to take part in surveys?

We create new surveys and tests every month. However, this does not mean that every member is always invited. Sometimes we only invite a limited number of members per activity.

What types of activities will I be invited to?

We regularly create surveys that you can easily answer online within a few minutes. The topics tend to revolve around individual aspects of online shopping at Zalando or generally in the fashion industry. We show you new ideas and ask for suggestions on usability and evaluation of various parts of our platform. If you live in Berlin, you may also be invited to face-to-face discussions, where we will show you new features at our premises and ask for direct feedback. We may also invite you to remote tests, which you can carry out at home on your computer or smartphone.

Do I always have to attend when I'm invited?

No. Participation is of course completely voluntary.

How do I know if I am invited to a new survey?

We will send you an e-mail invitation with a link. Of course you are not obliged to participate. However, if you are not active for an extended period of time, we may consider you an inactive member. Inactive members can be removed from the platform if they do not participate for a long time.

How long does it take to process a survey?

We really appreciate your time. That is why we always make surveys as short as possible. They usually last no longer than five to ten minutes.

How do I know if you have received my answers?

At the end of each survey there is a “Submit” or “Finish” button. If you click the button, your data will be sent to us.

How many reward points do I gain for an activity?

That depends entirely on the time required and the complexity of the activity. For example, a survey that lasts 10 minutes could earn you between 15 and 25 points while a 45 minute interview could get you 450 points. Collect at least 100 points and you can convert your points into Gift Cards which you can use to shop at Zalando!

I answered a survey a few days ago and still cannot see any new points in my account. When do I get them credited?

It may take up to 10 working days for the points to appear in your Zalando Voices account. If you still don't see any points after 10 working days, please contact us at [email protected].

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS


Do I need special software or hardware?

No. You can virtually answer our surveys from any computer with Internet access. In some cases, we specify in the invitation if there are special requirements needed for participation (for example: browser version, smartphone, etc.).

What if I want to delete my account at some point?

You can either deactivate or fully delete your account and profile at any time. Please send an e-mail at [email protected].

My contact details have changed. How can I let you know?

Your contact information should always be up to date, as this is the only way we can send you relevant invitations. If you need to change your contact details (e.g. your email address), please send us an email at [email protected].

What happens with my data?

Your data will of course be kept strictly confidential. You can read more about our privacy policy - which is linked on the Zalando Voices website.

I can't find an answer to my question. Where can I contact you?

You can reach us by e-mail at [email protected]. Please give us up to five working days to answer your question. Please describe your problem in as much detail as possible, indicate which browser you are using in which version and send screenshots, if necessary.

I don't receive any e-mails from you. What is the problem?

It is best to first check whether our messages have been sent to your junk folder and add [email protected] to your address book. If you don't find any messages in your junk folder, contact us again via e-mail at [email protected]

I encountered a technical problem in the Zalando Voices portal or I experienced an error. How can I inform you?

  2. Which device you used: PC, tablet or smartphone
